Typical course tasks

Every unit is communicative and immediately usable in your working day. In small groups you practise realistic phone scenarios with direct feedback.

  • Taking & transferring calls – role play: greet, clarify the request, connect correctly or offer a call-back
  • Leaving a voicemail – a crisp, complete message with name, reason and a request for a call-back
  • Capture & repeat key facts – take down names, numbers and data and repeat them back to confirm
