This sprint is aimed at B1 participants in reception, support, sales or back office who want to communicate with customers in a friendly and efficient way. Bookable for individual professionals as well as entire teams.

Format & practice

Typical course tasks

Every unit is communicative and immediately usable in your working day. In small groups you practise realistic service situations with direct feedback.

  • Customer with a problem – role play: take the request, offer a solution, close in a friendly way
  • Write a short service email – a polite reply with a solution, next steps and thanks for the feedback
  • Practise dialogues – rehearse typical service dialogues: greet, clarify, resolve, say goodbye
