The Test d’évaluation de français (TEF) is suitable for professional projects, for studying in France, as a requirement for emigration to Canada, and as proof of language skills for people who wish to apply for French citizenship. The test consists of a compulsory part with 150 multiple-choice questions and an optional part.
Reading comprehension (60 min.), listening comprehension (40 min.) as well as vocabulary and structures (30 min.).
Written expression (60 min.) and oral expression (35 min.) – freely selectable.
