Ideal for B2 participants who work in global teams and want to communicate with cultural sensitivity and a clear sense of purpose.
Suitable for anyone working with colleagues, partners or customers from different cultures – in meetings, by email or in day-to-day business. The sprint is aimed at individuals who want to come across more confidently across cultures, as well as company teams who want to communicate reliably in global settings.

Direct vs. indirect, high/low-context, hierarchy and feedback culture.
Clarify intentions, paraphrase and address sensitive topics with care.
Choose culturally appropriate greetings, small-talk openers and closings.
Compare experiences and work out both similarities and differences.
Adapt tone and directness, choose culturally appropriate phrases and closings.
Each sprint comprises four weeks with one unit of 135 minutes each – 12 teaching units in total in a small group of no more than 8 participants. You learn on-site in Frankfurt or live-online, as you prefer. At the end there is a measurable outcome, confirmed by an Eloquia Micro-Certificate.
We offer the same sprint format on request in further languages too – for example Business German, French or Spanish.
